The American Research Center in Sofia launches a series of archaeological trips in the Balkans. Since its first summer session program in 2006, ARCS has recognized the importance of field trips as an essential educational tool for visitors in the region.

In summer of 2016 ARCS will offer a week-long trip in Bulgaria devoted to museums and select archaeological sites of national and of world significance. The trip is designed for students, teachers, and all who have a serious interest in the archaeology and antiquity of Bulgaria.
